This wine comes from our younger vineyards and is harvested at the end of November. After a maceration process it is aged in steel tanks for a time period of about 6 months. It follows a bottle refining process for a time period of 2 months and then it proceeds to its marketing stage. Maschitano Rosso fully represents the original Vulture's vineyard expression.
Organoleptic characteristics
Appearance: a deep purple wine, with red-ruby tinges. Smell: long and complex aroma, with forest-fruits, black raspberry, lavender, violet and liquorice notes. Taste: persistent, round and tasty wine, with a good and savorily tannic and delicious by nature.
